There are oh-so-many meditation resources out there, but most of them are totally impersonal – so weaving them into the messiness of your actual life can be challenging. 

That’s why I offer personal meditation coaching sessions, one-on-one or in cozy little groups. It’s like having a personal trainer for mindfulness. In these sessions, I act as a resource, guide, and accountability-buddy.
